Nothing has confirmed new Ear and Ear a TWS earbuds are launching
Nothing is bringing not one but two TWS earbuds to the market in April 2024 and we finally know their names and possible pricing.
Nothing has confirmed what people can expect to launch at its Playdate event on April 18 in India. Nothing is launching the new Ear and Ear (a) TWS earbuds in the country later this month. Nothing had just launched the first Phone 2 (a) model, and soon we will see the Ear lineup getting an affordable (a) version as well.
NOTHING ‘PLAY DATE’ APRIL 18 LAUNCH: WHAT CAN WE EXPECT?
The Nothing Ear is most likely to be the successor to the Ear 2 model which means we might never see an Ear 3 model from the brand. The Ear is unlikely to move the needle with respect to its design, but the audio quality should be upgraded with better drivers and improve the active noise cancellation and probably add gesture-based support if the buds allow.
But the Ear (a) will surely get people excited, who will now get a chance to experience a Nothing product at a lower price range. If the brand could offer a slightly bigger upgrade on the CMF Buds, people might just pick it up right away. The build quality of the Phone 2a makes us believe that Nothing will keep its usual design standards and people would be hoping for a sweet price point to entice them into buying. We expect the Ear to be priced around Rs 11,000 while the Ear (a) hit the Rs 7,000 mark in the market.
Nothing started its journey in the tech circuit with the Ear wireless earbuds and later we got the Ear Stick and the Ear 2 came out last year. The timelines of the company have definitely gone down as it expands and increases its portfolio of products.
