Tecno is bringing a suite of AI features for the main camera on this phone
Tecno has launched its new affordable 5G smartphone in the market but this model has a slew of AI features that can get people excited.
Tecno has unveiled its new budget 5G smartphone, the Pova 6 Neo that comes with AI features and a high sensor camera in India. The device has a MediaTek Dimensity chipset for performance and you get it with a high refresh rate display. Tecno is bringing AI features to a completely new segment for consumers in the country.

Tecno Pova 6 Neo pricing starts at Rs 11,999 for the 6GB + 128GB, while the 8GB + 256GB model costs Rs 12,999. It will be available on Amazon and offline stores starting September 14. The company is also offering an exchange reward of Rs 1,000 with the purchase of the Pova 6 Neo smartphone.

The Pova 6 Neo sports a 6.67-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and runs on HiOS 14.5 based on Android 14. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and a maximum of 256GB of onboard storage which can be expanded up to 1TB. The device packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W charging speed. The phone weighs 192.3 grams, get IP54-rated for splash and dust resistance, has dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security.
Tecno is offering an AI-powered 108MP rear camera with 3x in-sensor zoom. For clear selfies and video calls, it has an 8 MP front-facing camera with a flash. The back camera supports photographic modes such as Super Night Mode, Time-Lapse, Vlog, and Dual Video.
One of the key highlights is it provides Generative AI features at a pocket-friendly price. These features include AIGC Portrait, AI Magic Eraser, AI Cutout, AI Wallpaper, AI ArtBoard and Ask AI. For connectivity, the Pova 6 Neo has 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC and a 3.5mm audio jack.
