What’s the most difficult thing about being overweight?
“Post-pregnancy weight is always tough to bear, and when people started using words like ‘you can’t lose weight,’ it motivated me to prove them wrong. Furthermore, health issues are always lurking. I’ll continue to maintain my weight as I’ve witnessed the consequences of being overweight. With two kids, I used to tire easily; sometimes, I felt irritated,” says Niriksha.
Lessons learnt from weight loss?
According to her, “Listening to your body is very important. If you listen to your body and work accordingly, it will help you grow mentally, physically and emotionally.
