New office-bearers of BAI assume charge

The new office bearers of the Tiruchi Centre of the Builders Association of India (BAI) for 2025-2026 assumed office on Sunday. A. Nazurudeen assumed charge as Chairman and J. Jayaraman as secretary. P.V. Viswanath took charge as treasurer, S. Suresh Kumar as vice-chairman and S. Senthilkumaran, Joint Secretary. K. Venkatesan, State Chairman, BAI, who installed the new office-bearers at a function, urged the government to take steps to check the rise in prices of manufactured sand, blue metal and other construction material, according to a BAI press release.
