The last thing you want is a good morning message in the evening, or a tempting food offer just when you finished eating lunch. It is essential that business knows when the customer wants to see your message, not the other way around.

WhatsApp says it can help businesses determine what kind of content works with the users. It has randomised data about who is reading what to prevent overload of wrong messages that takes effort and money.

Better Feedback From Users

And yes, WhatsApp will help users give better feedback to brands if they are getting offers on products that don’t interest them or are relevant to them.
